How Our Order Process Works
When you purchase furniture from The A. LINE US LLC (TheALine.com), the first thing that happens is our workshop staff here in Massachusetts is notified to start getting the order ready.
This involves building the pieces ordered. All pieces are handmade per order and can take between 2-4 weeks to complete. Once the pieces of your order have been completely built, they will head straight to our shipping team to schedule delivery to the address on your order.
During this time, we keep you fully informed throughout the entire process. You’ll get an Order Status Update every time your order moves to the next part of the process, and this will include updated dates and times so you’ll always know what to expect next. If you ever have any questions, this is the perfect time to get those addressed and we’ll be happy to take care of any concerns you might have.

How do I file a claim?
If you have an issue with shipping, a claim can be filed with UPS. You will need your order and shipment confirmation number(get details of process from UPS)

UPS Does not deliver to PO Boxes.
UPS Ground: Delivery can be expected within 3 to 5 business days once shipped. Mon-Fri delivery only. Items may arrive in multiple shipments.
Please note: Shipping arrival dates are subject to carrier delays, especially during peak season. The A. Line is not responsible for carrier delays.
Dates to cancel order
Order may only be cancelled within 24 of placing the order.
How Do I Track My Order?
You will get a shipping notification via email once your order has been shipped. Note: It takes time for the courier to scan and update the tracking information.
Delivery Terms / Shipping Terms
Your products are usually shipped within 20 working days after your order.
Required Conditions and Principles for Return:
In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other conditions are detected in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned as it was when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted and the price will not be refunded.
The customer is obliged to return the product as it was when it was delivered to the customer.
Products that are custom-made at the request of the buyer or that have been modified or added to the product are outside the scope of the right of return/withdrawal.
